ALIX NYC, or Alix, is a fashion brand that sells luxury bodysuits, swimsuits, and other apparel. The brand was founded in 2014 by Alexandra Alvarez, who graduated from Parsons with a degree in Fashion Design. Alvarez wanted to create a bodysuit that could be worn as an alternative to a t-shirt or blouse, and that could be layered under blazers or tucked into jeans. ALIX bodysuits are designed to be polished and practical, and to transition from a layering piece to the focal point of an outfit.
